2nd, Create a sensible treatment plan – Written in layman's terms, your Energy Efficiency Report identifies all the major energy and comfort issues in your home or office. Then, it provides a step-by-step, prioritized master plan for making the wisest investments to improve comfort and health, save energy costs, and reduce your environmental impact.
3rd, Perform the recommended improvements properly – Our contracting department works with you to confirm a scope of work for your budget. Then, we perform your recommended energy improvements using our experienced energy performance contractors who understand the whole-building approach.
4th, Provide Follow-up Testing - As a BPI Accredited Contractor, we provide Quality Assurance on every project to confirm energy reduction results and ensure safety.
5th, Incentive Assistance - We help you identify and file for all applicable incentives and rebates, including those from MEA, BGE, Pepco, SMECO and the Federal Tax Credit.
